Order / Shipping Questions

When will my order ship?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 business day (Monday–Friday). Orders placed after 2 pm or during weekends/bank holidays will be shipped the next working day.

How long does delivery take?
  • UK Standard Delivery: 2–5 working days
  • Express Delivery (if selected): 1–2 working days
  • International Orders: 5–14 working days depending on customs clearance
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking link. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
How much is shipping?

We offer free UK standard shipping on orders over £50. Orders under that threshold incur a small flat fee displayed at checkout. International shipping is calculated by destination and weight.

Do you deliver internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide! Please note that import duties or taxes may apply, depending on your country’s laws. These are the customer’s responsibility.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us immediately at hello@olympuspremiumhealth.com. Once dispatched, we can’t guarantee any address changes.

What if my parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged?
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, or arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos if applicable. We’ll investigate and resolve it quickly.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

Can I cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t yet been shipped, we can cancel it and issue a refund immediately. Once it’s dispatched, you’ll need to follow the return process.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unopened, unused items in their original packaging. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method.
Do I pay for return shipping?
If you’re returning an item because you’ve changed your mind, you’ll cover return postage. If the item was damaged, incorrect, or faulty, we’ll cover the cost.
Can I return an opened product?
For safety and hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on opened or used products unless they arrived damaged or defective.
How long do refunds take?
After we receive your return, refunds are typically processed within 3–10 working days, depending on your payment provider.

Are Olympus Premium Health supplements safe?
Yes. All our supplements are made in GMP-certified facilities here in the UK. Every batch is carefully tested for safety and quality before it reaches you.
How should I take the products?

Are your products vegan / gluten-free / allergen-free?

How should I store my supplements?
Keep in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Always close the lid securely and keep out of reach of children.
