At Olympus Premium Health, we stand behind the quality of our supplements. Because CraveCalm is our flagship product, it carries an enhanced guarantee that differs from our standard return policy for other items.
CraveCalm (Specific Policy)
We offer an extended window for CraveCalm to ensure you have enough time to experience the benefits.
A. If Unopened (Change of Mind)
- Timeframe: Within 60 days of delivery.
- Condition: Product must be unopened, unused, and with the tamper seal intact.
- Refund: Full refund to your original payment method.
B. If Opened & Used (Satisfaction Guarantee)
- Timeframe: Within 60 days of delivery.
- Condition: If you have used the product as directed and are not satisfied with your experience.
- Refund: Issued as Store Credit equal to the purchase price, redeemable on any future Olympus Premium Health purchase.
- Limit: One claim per customer/household.
All Other Products (Standard Policy)
For all other supplements and products in our store:
Timeframe: Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
Condition: Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with the tamper seal intact.
Refund: Full refund to your original payment method.
Note: Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds/credit for any opened or used products other than CraveCalm.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect (regardless of the product): Notify us at hello@olympuspremiumhealth.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide a free replacement or a full refund to your original payment method.
How to Process Your Request
Email hello@olympuspremiumhealth.com with your Order Number and the reason for your request.
- For Unopened Returns: You are responsible for return shipping costs (we recommend a tracked service).
- For CraveCalm Store Credit: Once your request is approved, your store credit code will be emailed to you within 3–5 working days.
- For Original Payment Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your unopened return, allow 5–10 working days for the funds to appear in your account.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Any opened/used products that are not
- Requests made after the 30-day (standard) or 60-day (CraveCalm) windows.
- Products not purchased directly from our official website.
Exchanges
If you received the wrong product, we’ll ship the correct replacement at no extra cost once the returned item is received.
Orders via TikTok Shop or Amazon UK
For orders placed on TikTok Shop or Amazon UK, please initiate the return within the platform (Your Orders → Return or Replace Items).
We’ll process the inspection and refund in accordance with this policy once the item is received.
Right of Withdrawal (Consumer Contracts Regulations)
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery if the product is unopened. To exercise this right, please email hello@olympuspremiumhealth.com or call +44 7344 290 497. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 working days:
- Check your bank or card statement.
- Contact your payment provider (some banks take longer to post refunds).
