Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to feel completely confident when ordering from us. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, this policy explains how we handle returns, refunds, and replacements.
Eligibility
You may request a return or refund if:
- The product is unopened and unused, returned within 30 days of delivery, with the tamper seal intact.
- You provide valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
- The product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot refund opened or partially used supplements.
Non-Returnable Items
Refunds are not available for:
- Opened or used products
- Returns requested after 30 days
- Gift cards or promotional samples
- Products purchased from unauthorised resellers
How to Request a Return
Step 1 – Contact Us with Email hello@olympuspremiumhealth.com:
- Your full name and order number
- Product name(s)
- Reason for the return
- Photos (if item is damaged or incorrect)
Step 2 – Return Authorisation
Once approved, we’ll issue a Return Authorisation Number and provide the return address. Please do not send items without approval.
Step 3 – Shipping Your Return
- Customer covers return postage unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
- Use a tracked postal service and keep proof of postage.
- Returns must be sent to the address provided in your authorisation email.
Refund Process
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method (including Klarna transactions) once the returned item is received and inspected.
- Allow 5–10 working days for funds to appear after approval.
- If a return does not meet eligibility criteria, we will contact you to agree on next steps.
- If you paid with Klarna, we’ll update Klarna immediately so your billing is paused or adjusted appropriately.
Exchanges
If you received the wrong product, we’ll ship the correct replacement at no extra cost once the returned item is received.
Orders via TikTok Shop or Amazon UK
For orders placed on TikTok Shop or Amazon UK, please initiate the return within the platform (Your Orders → Return or Replace Items).
We’ll process the inspection and refund in accordance with this policy once the item is received.

Right of Withdrawal (Consumer Contracts Regulations)
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery if the product is unopened. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 working days:
- Check your bank or card statement.
- Contact your payment provider (some banks take longer to post refunds).
