This policy explains how we handle shipping for purchases made through olympuspremiumhealth.com, TikTok Shop, and Amazon UK.
We aim to make your experience simple, transparent, and fully compliant with UK consumer-protection law and Klarna payment-service standards.
Shipping Information (UK Orders)
- Dispatch Time: Orders are prepared within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).
- Free UK Shipping: Orders over £50 ship free.
- Orders Under £50: Flat rate £3.99 (UK mainland).
- Estimated Delivery: 2–4 working days after dispatch (subject to courier times).
- Carriers Used: Royal Mail Tracked, Evri, DPD or equivalent.
- Tracking: All orders are sent with tracking. Tracking information is emailed upon dispatch, and we retain proof of delivery for six months for compliance purposes.
- Address Accuracy: Please check your shipping details before ordering. Once dispatched, we cannot amend addresses.
- Remote Areas: Scottish Highlands, Islands and Channel Islands may incur a small surcharge (typically £1–£2).
- Late Delivery: If your parcel has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact us so we can investigate and assist.
- International Shipping: Currently not available. Future updates will appear on our website.
All shipping charges are clearly displayed at checkout in line with ASA and CAP advertising rules.
